Early 15th C Dagged Hood

  • Hoods
  • Late Medieval (14th-15th C)
  • Pentathlon 2015

This hood was made in the fall of 2013, and represents the finest work I’ve done to date on a hood of this type.

Hood modeled by Lord Duncan MacBryce.

Below is my full documentation as presented at Caid Arts and Sciences Fair and Pentathlon in 2015 – where the garment placed first in the category ‘Fiber Arts: Hats,’ at the ‘Apprentice’ level.

His Excellency’s hood was also entered, sans documentation, in the People’s Choice Competition at Lyondemere Arts & Archery earlier that year.
